The same neurobiological traits that fuel innovation—risk-taking\, fast pattern recognition\, hyperfocus\, and creative problem-solving—can be superpowers in the early stages of a venture. But as a company grows\, these traits can also become liabilities: masking can lead to burnout\, charisma can turn into imposter syndrome\, and difficulties with planning\, follow-through\, or team management can inhibit effective scaling. \nThis session breaks down the neuroscience in an accessible way\, exploring how ADHD and attention strain impact our ability to lead\, create\, and sustain momentum.
